Welcome to Three Hour Farm! We are a small scale livestock producer based in historic Fly Creek, New York - just minutes away from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. Our company is dedicated to raising premium quality meats for our friends and family using sound and sustainable strategies. All of our animals are growth hormone free and grass fed where nature intends to be as such. Hogs receive mostly grains for their diets. Our beef cattle are milk fed by their mothers until they are weaned. Then they eat only the finest hays until they are ready for finishing on grains to impart richer marbling.
