Our operation is intentionally small so that we can focus individually on our animals.
At the farm, we raise all kinds of meat produce:
Sheep and lambs
Currently we only offer beef and pork for sale
To ensure the freshest quality meats, we do not hold individual cut inventory, rather we only sell our hogs and cattle in bulk sizes - whole and half for hogs and half and quarters for beef - delivered immediately upon butchering.
We take orders for and raise our hogs in the Spring and we take beef orders throughout the year.
We use Larry's Custom Meats in Hartwick for butchering. Larry's is a highly trusted, USDA certified butchering operation. All cuts to order come cryogenically plastic vacuum wrapped to extend freezer time.
